3D Artist Needed to Build Full 360° Detailed Building Model (Print-Ready) - Contract to Hire

I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a full 360° 3D model of an existing building based on reference photos. I already have one main reference image that shows the exact shape, proportions, and style I want (it looks like a candle version of the building). That image is the base. I need you to build out the rest of the structure so it’s a complete, all-around 3D model. What I’m looking for I want this to be a highly detailed exterior model with all of the architectural details visible on the walls, including: Correct window counts and spacing Frames, bands, ledges, and simple trim details Wall breaks, panel divisions, parapet, and foundation changes Exterior signage / lettering shown in the photos (turned into shallow 3D text) Brick / masonry broken into logical panels or surface detail (not hyper-micro, but clearly there) The one thing I do NOT want modeled is: Any fire escape, ladders, thin railings, or elements that hang off the façade and would be fragile or hard to mold Those hanging elements should either be left off or suggested very subtly in the wall surface—no deep undercuts, nothing floating away from the main mass.
