**Responsibilities**
As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls.
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our clients.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Computer skills in a windows-based environment.
* The ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute.
* Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
* Punctuality and great attendance.
* The ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure.
* The ability to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check.
* Bilingual skills are a plus!
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you will need:
* High-speed broadband internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download (Satellite Internet is NOT supported).
* A reliable computer and all necessary equipment.
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace.
**Training Hours**
Our training program is designed to help you succeed in your new role. Training hours are:
* Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm CT.
**Shift Availability**
We require our 2nd Shift Customer Service Representatives to work:
* Saturday or Sunday.
* Hours of availability needed between 1pm - 11pm CT.
