25 Hrs a week Loan Officer with an Active Florida MLO license
Work life balance starts here. We believe 25 hours a week. i.e. 5 hours a day 5 days a week is enough for a loan officer to make a good living and still enjoy life. We believe AI should allow you to work less hours - not more. Flexible shifts.
Ideal candidates must be prepared to deal with high numbers of customer contacts. Must be comfortable moving through multiple computer applications.
Active Florida loan originator license preferred. Expired FL Loan originator license possible for the right candidate. PA license also a plus. Florida, Pennsylvania, or NJ resident a plus.
Leads in abundance. 100% remote. This is an opportunity to earn significant compensation. We are a small company. We are looking for particular people to fit our culture. Primary Responsibilities Telephone originations of mortgage loans. Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in a timely manner Engage with consumers, determine their needs and offer the appropriate products Obtain all necessary information to close the loan in a timely manner Meet individual monthly sales goals. Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry Requirements Recent origination experience in the mortgage industry required. NMLS Licensing required Strong telephone sales and communication skills Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner. Must possess the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision-making skills Ability to pass a background check for state licensing.
