We are looking for committed teachers to complement our qualified workforce of educators. Teachers will teach Chinese K-12 schools in part time (UTC+8). The ideal candidate will be passionate for teaching students in a multicultural situation and know how to organize a class and make online learning an easy and meaningful process. Our company has two teaching programs XClass and Classtalk. Both are group lessons, where all students are physically in the same room as each other; our classes are very much focused on speaking and interaction. Classtalk classes are 40min long, and take place at public schools around China. Class sizes are very large (30-60 students) and happen during the day-time hours(7am to 7pm China time, there will be a few evening classes) here in China. XClass classes are 30min long, and take place at private training centers during the evenings and weekends. Class sizes are typically around 10 students. Responsibilities: 1. Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use creative and self-designed means to facilitate learning 2. Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning 3. Collaborate with Chinese local teachers online 4. Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending teaching and research seminars, coaching sessions, etc. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's Degree or Above. 2. Native English speakers 3. K-12 teaching license, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or other qualified teaching license. 4. At least 2 year Cross-disciplinary/ K-12/ Online teaching experiencepreferred. 5. Outgoing, energetic, passionate in teaching, Open and empathetic in multicultural classroom. 6. Interested in music, high-tech, arts, science, hand puppets, etc. (preferred) Payment: $25-35 per class for Classtalk $17-25 per class for Xclass We also offer up to $5 Quality Class Incentive for top 15 teachers, which will be calculated in the end of each school year according to the schedule of Chinese schools
