Med-Scribe is currently searching for an administrative professional with strong attention to detail for a remote opportunity. Come join a team of experts with over 30 years of excellence in independent review services! This is your chance to play a significant role in navigating the challenges and complexities of health care appeals. In this role, you will manage an array of administrative tasks crucial to processing appeals. This is a temporary opportunity, anticipated to last approximately 6 months. Potential for extension, and to be hired on permanently, but not guaranteed.
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Analyzing data submitted for review
• Performing data entry into the systems, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responding to incoming calls regarding case status, questions about the program, and the overall appeals process.
• Any other related duties as assigned
Hours: Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 7 Pm EST
Training Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5 PM EST
Salary: $18.50/hr

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate degree preferred
• * HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience considered in lieu of degree
• 2+ years' related experience working with medical billing/health insurance claims
