Job Summary:UnitedHealth Group is hiring part-time Call Center Nurse RNs for a remote position in Albuquerque, NM. This is an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to utilize their clinical expertise in a virtual environment, helping patients remotely by providing vital healthcare assessments and support over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic triage and health assessments for patients
Offer professional medical advice and follow-up care based on established protocols
Educate patients on managing health conditions, medications, and self-care
Ensure thorough documentation of patient interactions in line with healthcare regulations
Compensation & Benefits:

Required Qualifications:
Active RN license (valid in any U.S. state)
At least one year of clinical nursing experience
