Our client is a globally recognised travel platform with millions of users relying on their mobile apps for on-the-go bookings. They are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join their Mobile Growth Team, working on a high-traffic app in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You are someone who takes pride in clean, maintainable code and has a passion for delivering exceptional mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable iOS code
ā¢ Ensure app quality through unit and UI tests to validate implementations
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
ā¢ Champion best practices in iOS development - code quality, scalability, and performance
ā¢ Drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
ā¢ Contribute hands-on to team goals with technical expertise and a commitment to excellence
Required Skills and Experience
ā¢ 5+ years of hands-on native iOS development experience
ā¢ Degree in computer science or a related field
ā¢ Proficiency in Swift, with strong understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine)
ā¢ In-depth knowledge of iOS architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, TCA or similar)
ā¢ Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs
ā¢ Strong debugging and optimisation skills
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience working in an agile/scrum environment with cross-functional product teams
ā¢ Background in e-commerce or booking/marketplace platforms
ā¢ Experience with app performance monitoring and crash reporting tools (e.g. Firebase, Sentry)
ā¢ Familiarity with A/B testing and feature flagging in mobile apps
ā¢ Experience with SwiftUI migration or greenfield SwiftUI development
ā¢ Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor
