2026 Business Valuations Consultant Entry Level

They are seeking an Entry Level Business Valuations Consultant to assist clients with their valuation needs and work on various assignments including financial modeling and writing valuation reports. Responsibilities You’ll work with our team assisting clients in large and small organizations with their valuation needs including financial reporting, tax planning, shareholder planning, or litigation support Working on a variety of assignments, including the valuation of: Equity securities, Business enterprises, Intangible assets, Stock options Participating in all phases of engagement including, but not limited to: Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the assignment Researching industry value drivers, including market and competitor information Financial modeling, including discounted cash flow, public market multiples, M&A market transactions and option pricing analyses Assisting in writing valuation reports from start to finish and communicating conclusions to clients Delivering results to clients in interesting industries, including but not limited to: Private Equity, Venture Capital, Manufacturing, Tech and Software, Automotive, Architecture and Engineering, Food and Beverage, Retail, Healthcare Skills Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills Excellent skill sets in the use of MS Word and Excel Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0) Benefits Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Flexible Time Off Various pre-determined holidays 401(k) plan Flexible benefits plans Business-related travel expense Lodging, and meal reimbursement for business-related use Pension plan Discretionary bonus plan Health insurance in addition to limited paid sick time Company Overview Plante Moran is an accounting and business advisory firm that offers audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory consulting services.
