Highstreet IT is seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations across global clients. This role requires a strategic leader with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM, proven delivery excellence, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end PPM implementations, strengthening delivery capabilities, and contributing to Highstreetâs growth by enabling scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities⢠Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management)⢠Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations.⢠Drive project governance including scope management, delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.⢠Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders⢠Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions.⢠Strengthen PPM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks⢠Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks.⢠Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across PPM programs.⢠Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams.⢠Support hiring, training, and knowledge development initiatives for the PPM skill pool.⢠Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.⢠Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets. Required Experience and Skills⢠12â18+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Oracle PPM (Cloud preferred)⢠Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations⢠Deep expertise in: Project Costing , Project Billing , Grants Management , Resource Management ⢠Strong understanding of integration points with Financials, HCM, and Procurement⢠Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills and Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions⢠Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities⢠Excellent communication and presentation skills, tagged along with strategic thinking with execution excellence
