About the Role:
In this 12-month rotation, you'll act as a liaison between Toyota/Lexus owners, prospective owners, dealerships, area offices, and headquarters, providing world-class customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responding to incoming phone calls and evaluating customer inquiries/concerns
Providing solutions and determining the appropriate action to positively impact owner satisfaction and retention
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
