As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the Toyota Field Organization and develop the skills necessary to become a future leader in our company. This 18-month program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business and prepare you for a successful career in management.

Job Responsibilities
Develop customized trend reports to analyze market trends and dealer performance
Analyze, monitor, and track region/district/dealer customer satisfaction performance trends
Assist with monthly and yearly sales plans and market condition analysis
Coordinate and execute on-site events and communicate strategies to all departments
Shadow Field Travelers and consult with our dealer network to help develop their business
Build relationships with dealers to assist with their goals and objectives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to create reports that analyze market trends and dealer performance
Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate
