Promotion to in-office position to $16.45/hour pay rate

You will need to supply your own computer and internet. Below are the computer and schedule requirements that are needed.
Processor: i5 Core Processor OR 4000 Benchmark Score (review benchmark score at https://www.cpubenchmark.net/
Memory: At least 12GB
Two Monitors
USB or Wireless Headset
Webcam
Ethernet Connection
Ability to work a 3 weekday/2 weekend day schedule
Open to going in-person for Lowell, AR office for 1st shift. Comes along with pay increase
#1 Objective: Providing Service assistance to the commercial trucking industry. You will be helping truckers who need roadside assistance.
Your specific duties will include: Call Center / Customer Service
Support intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers that call in
Handle escalated issues from the tire service centers
Answer calls from customers who have broken down and work to locate a service provider in the area
Inputting relevant call information into PC. Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel type
Transferring calls to other departments/call centers if customer require.
Skills required: Call Center / Customer Service
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to move fast fix problems and be nice
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Work from home experience preferred
History of great attendance
Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously.
Strong technical skills.
Must be articulate and professional
Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification.
