Role Description
As our YouTube Strategist & Producer, you’ll take ownership of our content strategy, helping us increase views, engagement, and most importantly conversions to our subscription service on HDpiano.com. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to ensure that every video maximizes its potential.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative YouTube producer/strategist who understands how to craft compelling titles, thumbnails, and hooks that drive engagement and conversions. They are highly organized, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and have a proven track record of managing and optimizing a YouTube channel to grow an audience and increase business impact.
Job Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Strategy for Increasing Business Sales – Understanding how to convert viewers into customers.
- Channel Management – Keeping the channel optimized and performing at its best.
- Title / Thumbnail / Hook Ideation – Creating compelling, high-performing video concepts.
- Effective Team Management & Communication – Collaborating and delegating efficiently across teams and departments.
