What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls as needed
Perform data entry and manage patient billing and medical information
Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions
Operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
Collaborate with team members and departments to share expertise
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
Great work attitude and willingness to help others
Medical call center experience is a plus but not required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a medical call center environment
Strong computer skills for data entry and analysis
Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting
Experience with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Excellent problem-solving skills
