Ā **MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX***
Position: Remote Medical Call Center Agent
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours)
Equipment Provided
Start Date: November 2024
Job Details:
Ā Perform outbound calls to carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center Experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā ***MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX***
Ā Recent Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
