$17hr *FULLY REMOTE* Medical Insurance Verification Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify patients' insurance coverage and perform benefit investigations
- Assist with appeal management for claim denials
- Collaborate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and payors
- Ensure excellent communication and support for all stakeholders
- Work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup
- Availability to work specified shifts
