17hats Workflow Specialist / CRM Automation Expert

Squeak Balloon & Decor is a rapidly growing balloon decor and event styling business based in Ankeny, Iowa. We are looking for a 17hats Workflow Specialist who can help us automate and streamline our business operations by designing efficient workflows, optimizing lead capture, and enhancing our email nurture campaigns.We’ve already started using 17hats for our Grab & Go Garlands and need an expert to expand and refine these workflows to include corporate event decor, team-building workshops, and other service offerings.If you’re an experienced 17hats expert who thrives on building seamless systems that save time and increase efficiency, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:1. Develop & Automate WorkflowsBuild and refine automated workflows for different services (Grab & Go Garlands, Corporate Event Decor, Team-Building Workshops, etc.).Set up workflow triggers to automate follow-ups, payment reminders, and inquiry responses.Ensure that workflows are properly tested and optimized for conversion.2. Create Lead Capture Forms & Inquiry SystemsDesign and embed lead capture forms for different services.Connect lead forms to the appropriate workflows to ensure a smooth client journey.Automate inquiry responses and initial client touchpoints.3. Design Email Nurture CampaignsDevelop 2–3 email nurture sequences to engage past clients and upsell future services.Automate Google Review requests and follow-up reminders post-event.Create tailored follow-up emails that convert leads into long-term clients.4. Optimize Scheduling & Payment LinksSet up and optimize 17hats scheduling and payment links for Grab & Go Garlands and corporate events.Ensure payment confirmation emails and follow-up tasks are automated.5. CRM Organization & Clean-UpAudit and organize existing contacts and leads in 17hats.Create tags and categories to segment leads and clients effectively.Ensure a clean and efficient CRM system that enhances follow-up and relationship management.Who You Are: 17hats ExpertDeep knowledge of 17hats workflows, lead capture forms, and automation.Strong understanding of scheduling, payment links, and email sequences.Experience working with service-based businesses is a plus!CRM & Automation SpecialistProven track record of automating email campaigns and follow-up sequences.Ability to set up and optimize nurture campaigns for different services.Detail-Oriented & OrganizedAbility to audit and improve existing workflows.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience with 17hats CRM and workflow automation.Experience in working with event or service-based businesses.Understanding of the StoryBrand Framework is a plus!Basic knowledge of SEO and online lead generation is preferred.Job Type:Part-Time (Contract) – Estimated 5–10 hours/weekPotential for Ongoing Work based on project successCompensation:Hourly Rate: $25+/hour depending on experienceLocation:Remote Position – Open to candidates worldwide, but preference for those familiar with U.S. time zones.Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $66,224.00 - $72,176.00 per yearExpected hours: 1 – 10 per weekBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleSchedule:4 hour shift8 hour shiftWeekends as neededWork Location: Remote
