Position: Medical Claims Rep
Pay: $17-19/hr. D.OE Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours)

Start Date: September 2024
Job Details
Ā Processing medical claims via electronic fax
Ā May perform some outbounds calls and take some inbound calls assisting patients with medical related inquiries
Ā Perform medical benefits investigations
Ā Using computer skills for data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of Medical benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Ā Must live in the state of FLORIDA and surrounding cities to be considered.
