Position: Customer Service Specialist Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 7am-8pm CST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours)Equipment Provided
Start Date: Mid-August 2024
Job Details:
Ā Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls.
Ā Provide good customer service and empathy.
Ā Heavy data entry.
Ā Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
Ā Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Ā Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Ā Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Must have active... internet already installed and the ability to work from home.
Ā Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
Ā Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
Ā HS Diploma/Equivalent.
Ā Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered.
