- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in Irving, TX or surrounding areas
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors effectively
- Strong work attitude with a willingness to assist others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a medical call center is a plus
- Familiarity with Federal Health Care Program guidelines
