Role Overview
Mercor partners with leading AI teams to evaluate and improve conversational AI systems used in healthcare contexts. This role focuses on reviewing, fact-checking, and improving medical and healthcare-related AI responses to ensure accuracy, safety, and clarity.
Responsibilities
• Write and refine prompts for healthcare scenarios
• Evaluate LLM responses for factual accuracy and reasoning
• Fact-check medical claims using authoritative sources
• Annotate strengths and areas for improvement
• Ensure responses meet healthcare communication standards
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years professional healthcare experience
• Expert degree (MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, PharmD, MPH, or equivalent)
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience using large language models
• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship
Contract Details
• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule
• Weekly payment via Stripe or Wise
