What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, including early career, support, experienced professional, and people leader positions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing consultative guidance on staffing needs and hiring decisions
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate capability and provide hiring recommendations
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the recruitment system for reporting and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-10 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple job levels and functions
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and EEO reporting requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and the use of recruiting metrics to inform operational decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Avature or similar applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated success in partnering with hiring managers to address staffing priorities and future pipelining needs
- Ability to influence and advise at multiple organizational levels
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to share best practices with peers
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and their application in operational decisions
