Our Kelly Education Recruiter is accountable for:
• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations.
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers.
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:
• Seeking a minimum of 1 year of recruiting, staffing, talent management, onboarding or other equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Customer service focus
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Candidates must have the ability to travel up to locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent and other applicable events in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX markets. Valid US driver's license in good standing is required.
Base pay range for this position is $52,000 - $60,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
