Who We Are

As a 1:1 SPED Teacher in Harvey, you will work closely with an individual student, offering consistent, targeted support tailored to their IEP goals. What You’ll Do
• Provide direct 1:1 instruction and support to a student with an IEP
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior plans based on the student's unique needs
• Collaborate with school staff, related service providers, and families
• Monitor and track student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning discussions
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Valid Louisiana Special Education Teaching License
• Experience working 1:1 with students with disabilities strongly preferred
