Duties
• Engage in proactive outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand market reach
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage sales administration tasks, including quotes, policy documentation, and follow-up communications
• Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and promote insurance services effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and resolving concerns
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information
Requirements
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret client data and market trends
• Knowledge of marketing techniques and benefits administration to effectively promote products
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity
• Experience with telemarketing or outreach campaigns is advantageous but not mandatory
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
