1099 Contractor - PPC & Paid Social Specialist
We are looking for a data-driven PPC & Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. This role is crucial for driving high-quality leads for our home improvement and remodeling clients. If you have a proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably and a deep understanding of digital advertising, we’d love to hear from you! Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns to maximize ROI. • Manage budgets efficiently to achieve lead-generation goals. • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy adjustments. • Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates. • 2+ years of experience managing PPC & paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and conversion tracking. • Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation. • Experience in the home improvement or local lead-gen space is a plus. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. Nice to Have • Experience with Nextdoor, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads. • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. • Landing page optimization experience Apply To this Job
