We need an English-fluent Marketing Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business strategies and objectives to inform marketing initiatives.
Create and deliver industry-focused messaging and presentations aligned with target audiences.
Design, plan, and execute high-priority campaigns to drive business growth.
Identify and implement innovative approaches and best practices to enhance performance and outcomes.
Establish and track key metrics to measure campaign success and overall effectiveness.
Collaborate with and support cross-functional team members as needed to achieve shared goals.\
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, in IT Professional services
Can adapt, learn quickly and flexible to adjust the message and methods.
Ability to proactively anticipate and prepare for emerging needs
An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically
Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
Comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities
Strong persuasive communication skills; able to gain consensus through influence.
Ability to work in a virtual environment
Experience in Electronic marketing strategies and techniques, including using social media for business development.
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Compensation:
The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,800 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
This contract has a minimum commitment of 6 months.
The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
