Med-Scribe is currently looking for multiple candidates with healthcare experience for temp to hire positions within a growing company based out of the Pittsford, NY area. This is an exciting opportunity to work 100% remote from the comfort of your own home Β Equipment will be provided!
In these roles, you will perform administrative tasks to assist with the processing of medical claim appeals by healthcare professionals. Job responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, project support and customer service.
General Job duties, will include:
Β Collect, analyze, and input data from various sources, including treatment providers and health plans, into the system for Independent Medical Review.
Β Respond effectively to incoming calls from clients, health plans and providers regarding case status, program inquiries and the appeals process.
Β Other duties as assigned.
Training Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for approximately the first 2-3 weeks
After training, choose from 2 schedules:
Schedule 1: Monday Β Friday, Day Hours
Schedule 2: Tuesday Β Saturday, Day Hours
Salary: $17.00/hr
