This includes Risk Assessment; Identify potential hazards before starting. Protective Measures: Use appropriate gear, follow protocols, and maintain a safe environment. Compliance; Adhere to safety regulations and standards to prevent accidentsPerform major component exchanges including gearboxes, generators, and other critical systemsExecute maintenance, minor to medium repairs, design modifications, retrofits, and special projects – all following established proceduresTravel extensively to support turbine operations across multiple platforms and site conditionsCollaborate with teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality workConduct safety inspections and ensure a secure working environmentThis role offers exposure to a wide range of turbine platforms, site conditions, and team environments—ideal for technicians who thrive on variety and continuous learningSkillsPrioritize safety above all else. You understand and follow established safety protocols, proactively identify potential hazards, and take immediate action to prevent incidents.
