Location:- 100% Remote Duration: Full Time / Long Term Contract Overview Seeking an Oracle HCM Functional consultant to provide production support across day-to-day hire-to-retire, time cards (OTL), and Payroll operations. The role focuses on running payroll, supporting payroll users, and reconciling payroll and time cards, with specific expertise advising on balance adjustments, Fast Formulas, and year-end payroll activities. Key Responsibilities • Provide daily production support for Core HR, Payroll, and OTL (time cards). • Support hire-to-retire processes and resolve user issues/tickets. • Run payroll cycles and reconcile payroll and time cards end-to-end. • Advise and execute balance adjustments and corrections as needed. • Design, update, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas (earnings, deductions, validations). • Lead/assist year-end payroll processing (balances, W-2/YE reporting, audits). • Document fixes/knowledge articles and guide payroll users on best practices. Required Qualifications • Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL. • Demonstrated experience running payroll and reconciling payroll/time cards. • Strong skills with balance adjustments and Fast Formulas. • Proven support of year-end payroll activities. • Excellent user support and issue-resolution skills in a production environment. Nice to Have • Familiarity with payroll reports/BI Publisher, HDL, and testing quarterly patches. • Experience with controls/compliance in payroll operations.
